Goyard is famous for quiet colours. Black, black and tan, navy and grey make up most of what you see on the street. Every so often, though, the house paints its chevron in a colour that is anything but quiet. Fuchsia is the loudest of them all. If you have been searching for a hot pink Goyard, this is the one you mean: a saturated, raspberry-bright Goyardine made in a limited run. Here is what makes it different, which shapes it comes in and how to tell it apart from the softer Powder Pink.
What “hot pink Goyard” really means
Goyard does not use the words hot pink. The house calls the colour Fuchsia, and it belongs to its limited and seasonal colours rather than the permanent line. Like every Goyardine, the canvas is a coated blend of cotton, linen and hemp. The chevron is then dotted on by hand in pink and white over the base colour, so the pattern sits slightly raised and no two panels line up exactly the same.
In person, the Fuchsia reads warmer than a cool magenta. It has a touch of raspberry red, which is why it can look almost red in bright sun and pink indoors. The leather trim, the handles and the matching pouch are dyed to match, so the whole bag is one strong colour from top to bottom.
The Fuchsia edition, shape by shape

The colour runs across the line, so you can choose it in almost any size. These are the hot pink Goyard pieces we have in stock now, each a single new unit:
- Saint Louis PM. The classic Goyard tote in its most popular size, 13.4 × 11 × 5.9 inches, with a matching pouch. See the Saint Louis PM in Fuchsia.
- Saint Louis GM. The larger size, 15.7 × 13 × 7.8 inches, which takes a laptop with room to spare. Here is the Saint Louis GM in Fuchsia.
- Anjou Mini. Reversible, with Goyardine on one side and smooth pink leather on the other, so it works as two bags. Ours is the Anjou Mini in Fuchsia.
- Saigon Structure Nano. A rigid little top-handle bag with a natural wood handle and a shoulder strap. The most collectable piece in the set: the Saigon Nano in Fuchsia.
- Belharra PM. A structured bucket tote with a firmer line than the Saint Louis. See the Belharra PM in Fuchsia.
- Aligre. A summer piece that sets a Fuchsia Goyardine bag inside an open raffia net. We have one Aligre and a second Aligre.
Details that set the Fuchsia edition apart

Turn a Fuchsia Saint Louis inside out and you find the first surprise. Instead of the plain interior of the permanent colours, this edition carries a printed botanical pattern of flowers, leaves and butterflies. The Saigon Nano and the Belharra share the same print inside. It is a small thing, yet it makes the bag feel special every time you open it.
Next, look at the chevron. On Fuchsia, it is painted in two tones, a lighter pink and white, so the pattern glows rather than standing out in stark contrast. Finally, the pouch has a bright yellow edge, the house’s classic contrast colour, which pairs well with the pink.
Hot pink or powder pink?

Goyard also makes a soft pink, Powder Pink, and the two are easy to confuse in small photos. Side by side, though, the difference is clear. Fuchsia is bold and saturated. Powder Pink is pale and peachy, with a multi-tone chevron and lighter leather trim. If you want a bag that turns heads, choose Fuchsia. On the other hand, if you prefer a pink that works like a neutral, the Powder Pink Saint Louis PM is the gentler choice.
How to wear a hot pink Goyard
A colour this strong does the work for you, so keep the rest of the outfit simple. Hot pink looks sharp with black, navy, white and denim. It also works with camel and grey in winter. Avoid other loud prints next to it; the chevron is already a pattern. For evenings, the Saigon Nano or the Anjou Mini adds a flash of colour without taking over.
Care and value
Goyardine is light, water-resistant and tough, so a Fuchsia tote handles daily use well. The main thing to watch is the pink leather trim. Keep it away from dark denim and hand cream, because transfer shows on bright leather sooner than on black. Wipe the canvas with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
Because Fuchsia is a limited colour, it is harder to find than black or black and tan, and it usually costs more. Our Goyard colours guide explains why limited runs carry a premium, and our purple Goyard bag guide covers another limited shade in depth.
