About this Hermès Kelly Sellier 20 Craie Epsom
The Hermès HSS Kelly Sellier 20 Craie Permabrass is for sale as a one-off piece. Sellier construction places the seams on the outside, which gives the Kelly its crisp edges and upright stance. As a Special Order, this colour combination was never offered off the shelf.
Kelly 20 is the Mini, the smallest size Hermès produces. Epsom is an embossed calfskin with a pressed cross-hatch grain. It is light, rigid and wipe-clean, and it holds sharp structure without slouching. Permabrass is a warm, muted brass tone sitting between gold and palladium, on a small fraction of production.
It is finished with contrast stitching. The interior is lined in Craie lambskin leather. Special Order, or HSS, pieces are placed through a boutique rather than bought off the shelf. They carry a horseshoe stamp above the Hermès blind stamp, and they exist in colour and leather combinations that never reach general stock.
Condition is stated as New.
