About this Hermès Kelly Sellier 20 Raisin Chèvre Mysore
Hermès HSS Kelly Sellier 20 Raisin Permabrass, available to buy now. Sellier construction places the seams on the outside, which gives the Kelly its crisp edges and upright stance. As a Special Order, this colour combination was never offered off the shelf.
Kelly 20 is the Mini, the smallest size Hermès produces. Chevre Mysore is goatskin. The rippled grain and faint natural sheen are unmistakable, it weighs very little, and it resists scratching better than any calfskin. Permabrass is a warm, muted brass tone sitting between gold and palladium, on a small fraction of production.
It is finished with tonal stitching. The interior is lined in Raisin lambskin leather. Special Order, or HSS, pieces are placed through a boutique rather than bought off the shelf. They carry a horseshoe stamp above the Hermès blind stamp, and they exist in colour and leather combinations that never reach general stock.
Condition is stated as New.
