Pre-Owned Hermès HSS Kelly Sellier 28 Rose Confetti Brushed Gold, available to buy now. Sellier construction places the seams on the outside, which gives the Kelly its crisp edges and upright stance. As a Special Order, this colour combination was never offered off the shelf.
28 is the reference Kelly, and 27 the closest Bolide equivalent. Chevre Mysore is goatskin. The rippled grain and faint natural sheen are unmistakable, it weighs very little, and it resists scratching better than any calfskin. Brushed gold carries a matte satin finish rather than a mirror polish, offered only on special order commissions.
It is finished with tonal stitching. The interior is lined in Anemone chevre. Special Order, or HSS, pieces are placed through a boutique rather than bought off the shelf. They carry a horseshoe stamp above the Hermès blind stamp, and they exist in colour and leather combinations that never reach general stock.
