Cartier Tank In Yellow Gold 004B 41.6mm Yellow Gold, available to buy now. Louis Cartier drew the Tank in 1917 with the tracks of a Renault FT running through it, and the case has been in continuous production ever since. Almost nothing else in watchmaking has survived a century without redesign.
