The Row Marlo Tote 12 Black Saddle Silver is for sale as a single unit. The Marlo is an unstructured open tote with no closure and no hardware beyond the fittings, which is close to the purest statement of what the label does.
The 12 is the size most people settle on: it takes a phone, a cardholder and a small pouch without becoming a tote. Saddle leather is vegetable-tanned and thick, closer to harness leather than handbag calf. It arrives firm, softens with carrying, and takes on a patina rather than staying uniform. The fittings are silver.
It is built with a top handle, belted gusseted side panels, a zip closure, tonal stitching and an interior pocket. The interior is lined in black saddle leather and beige canvas has one interior zip pocket and one slip pocket. The Row carries no external logo, no plaque and no monogram. Everything the label does is in the shape, the leather and the fittings, and the pieces are made in Italy in small runs that are not reordered once a colour is finished.
