Description
The Hermès Birkin 30 Sanguine Fjord Gold 2013 is for sale as a single unit. The 30 is the size most people settle on: large enough for a laptop sleeve and the day’s contents, small enough to still read as a handbag.
Retourne construction, stitched inside out and then turned, gives rounded corners and a slightly relaxed stance. Fjord is a heavy grained bull calf with a pronounced grain and natural water resistance. Hermès no longer uses it on new production. Gold hardware is a warm yellow plate and is the finish that moves fastest on the secondary market.
The interior is lined in a tonal chèvre leather.
Condition is stated as Pre-owned. Condition notes: Light scratching to hardware and feet. Surface wear to the exterior leather and along the inner sides of the handles. Minor wear to the exterior base corners. Minor press marks and surface wear to the interior base lining.
