The Cartier Panthere Medium 37mm Rose Gold 2023 is for sale as a one-off piece. The Panthère launched in 1983 as a jewellery watch with a fully articulated bracelet, and Cartier reissued it after decades of demand.
The case measures 37mm x 29mm in rose gold, on a stainless steel, rose gold strap. The movement is quartz, battery-regulated and accurate to within seconds a month. It is diamond or gem-set; the stones are shown in the listing photography.
