About this Louis Vuitton Side Trunk MM Brown Red Coated Canvas
The Louis Vuitton Murakami Cerises Side Trunk MM Brown Red is for sale as a one-off piece. The Side Trunk translates the trunk silhouette into a flat shoulder bag with exposed corner hardware.
Coated canvas is cotton with a PVC surface over the print, durable and wipe-clean, and it is the material the house is built on. The Cerises, or cherries, print is a Murakami design from the original collaboration, and it is among the most collected of the run. The hardware is gold.
It is built with a zip closure, vachetta leather trim, an adjustable strap and a shoulder strap. The interior is lined in a red textile lining. Louis Vuitton and Takashi Murakami first collaborated in 2003 under Marc Jacobs, and the line was retired in 2015. The 2025 re-edition brought it back for its twentieth anniversary as a limited run rather than a permanent addition, which is why these do not restock.
Condition is stated as New.
