The Hermès Limited Edition Birkin In & Out 25 Biscuit Swift Palladium 2023 is for sale as a single unit. The 25 is the smallest of the core Birkin sizes and the hardest to source at retail, which is why it carries the largest premium over boutique price.

Retourne construction, stitched inside out and then turned, gives rounded corners and a slightly relaxed stance. Swift is a smooth, fine-grained calfskin that takes dye deeply, so colour reads richer on it than on any grained leather. It marks more readily. Palladium is a bright, cool silver that will not tarnish.
