The Hermès Constance 18 Rose Sakura Swift Brushed Palladium is for sale as a single unit. The Constance is built around the oversized H clasp, which is the closure and the entire visual statement at once. It is Hermes’ hardest bag to source after the Birkin and Kelly, and it is almost never available at boutique without history.

The 18 is the reference Constance and the size most buyers are waiting on. It takes a phone, a cardholder and little else, which has never slowed demand. Swift is a smooth, fine-grained calfskin that takes dye deeply, so colour reads richer on it than on any grained leather. It is soft in the hand and marks more readily. Brushed palladium carries a matte satin finish rather than a mirror polish, offered only on special order commissions.

It carries the signature H snap closure, an adjustable strap, a shoulder strap, open interior pockets and tonal stitching. The interior is lined in Rose Sakura swift leather.
