The Hermès Birkin 25 Bai Brun Togo Permabrass 2025 is for sale as a single unit. The 25 is the smallest of the core Birkin sizes and the hardest to source at retail, which is why it carries the largest premium over boutique price.
Retourne construction, stitched inside out and then turned, gives rounded corners and a slightly relaxed stance. Togo is a pebbled calfskin with a fine raised grain. It shrugs off light scratching far better than a smooth leather and softens slowly at the corners. Permabrass is a warm, muted brass tone sitting between gold and palladium.
